Welcome to the FAQ section of our on demand Tajweed & Qirā’āt lesson platform. Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions regarding your subscription, access to lessons, and other features.

1. Subscription & Billing

A: We offer two subscription options:
  • Basic: Provides access to only our Tajweed lessons
  • Premium: Gives you full access to all Tajweed lessons from Basic as well as all Qirā’āt lessons and a free 1-1 hour lesson per month.

A: To upgrade from Basic to Premium, cancel your current plan and simply go to the “Memberships” page and signup.

A: To cancel your subscription, go to your “My Account”, select “My Profile”. At the bottom will be your current plan. Select “Cancel” on the right hand side.
*Warning! You will lose access as soon as you click this button!

A: We accept payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and PayPal.

2. Account & Access

A: Simply signup on our Memberships page and follow the prompts.

A: On the login page, click on “Forgot Password,” and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

A: After logging in, select “My Account”, then select “Edit Profile” and update your personal information like your name, email, or password.

3. Lesson Content

A: Once you log in to your account, navigate to the “Videos” section. You will find a list of courses available.

A: As long as you maintain an active subscription, you will have unlimited access to all the lessons according to your level. If your subscription expires, you will lose access to all content.

4. Technical Issues

A: If you’re unable to log in, try resetting your password first. If the issue persists, ensure your internet connection is stable or try clearing your browser cache. If none of these work, please Contact Us for assistance.

A: If the video is buffering or not playing, check your internet connection. If the issue continues, try refreshing the page or use a different browser. If the problem persists, Contact Us for technical support.

A: Yes! Our platform is fully responsive, so you can watch lessons on your phone or tablet. Simply log in using your mobile browser and access the content as you would on a desktop.

5. General Questions

A: Yes! Our Tajweed lessons cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Each course is designed to help you improve gradually at your own pace.
Qirā’āt should be studied after the Tajweed courses, starting with Qirā’āt 101.

A: Currently, we do not offer offline downloads for our video content. You will need an internet connection to access the lessons.
